Heart Friends was a group I created as a natural extension for those weaning off of religious harm groups to find community with a common goal of healing, attachment, and authenticity. It is something that appeals to more than just the religiously harmed but those with painful childhoods, identities that are historically discriminated against, and just general social angst. No dogma. No agenda. Just a place for you to experiment with being yourself again.
