Coaching with me is about deep self-inquiry, clarity, and integration. I am not a therapist, nor do I use formal modalities. Instead, I offer a structured yet fluid approach that helps you make sense of your experiences, emotions, and beliefs while guiding you toward a stronger, more embodied sense of self.

I treat every client as an individual—there are no one-size-fits-all methods here. Our work together is a collaborative process, tailored to your needs, challenges, and goals. My coaching is rooted in deep listening, candid conversation, and an unwavering commitment to your autonomy and self-trust.

Coaching Format & Pricing

My coaching sessions can range from 1 hour to 2 hours long and are available in the following formats:

• In-person (North Minneapolis)

• Video calls

• Phone calls

My rate is $125 per hour (USD).
