We're going to talk about the hidden parts driving relating... sometimes called masking.
Lately I realized that I've been masking all of my life, particularly in relationships and especially during sex. Masking because of unresolved traumas. How do we resolve? How do we communicate about these things? How to do the self exploration work to get in touch with the Truth of you underneath social masking? Why do we mask? How to interact with someone you sense is masking heavily, etc.?
