I disappeared for a couple of weeks due to hyperfocus getting my house ready to sell. Finally back up to breathe. Today I give a bit of an update on how I've been doing, how to slow down a runaway train, some shows on Netflix I've been crying to, and then I run away from a kayaker.

Returning from a roadtrip to visit partners, I have a lot I am digesting about interoception, the voice you hear in your head, developing the Sense of Self, and how culture/religion/etc. impacts our ability to understand our Selves.

I'm on a roadtrip to Chicago and Michigan to see my partners. Of course I'm going to use all that driving time to talk about shit. Today's episode I talk a lot about interoception, the ability to perceive our body's internal workings. It's a fascinating topic to me as I recover from trauma.
